A new validation tool, "disposal inventory check" was implemented, please see the image that follows:

The link underlined in red is visible only to Country Co-ordinators and the NEWMDB Administrator and it appears on the submission status page (the default page after login). The HELP link on the status page (shown in the image above) provides details of the new validation tool.
